Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a Customer Service Representative.
- Proficient in Sales Order (SO) entry and update, including bulk orders when applicable.
- Great computer skills and adeptness.
- Capable of multitasking, prioritizing, and extremely organized.
- Advanced level of English proficiency.
Responsibilities
- Monitoring inventory and inbound freight to ensure smooth fulfillment of orders.
- Help the team allocate all orders to the warehouses.
- Provide SO status updates as requested by the concerned parties.
- Update the sales team with any issues related to the orders.
- Communicate effectively with multiple internal departments to follow up and provide updates.
Extras
- Previous experience with the Simparel or BlueCherry ERP system is strongly preferred but not mandatory.
