We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their team for a long-term career opportunity. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a great understanding of logistics, including shipping orders, sales orders, and inventory management. Check it out!

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a Customer Service Representative.
  • Proficient in Sales Order (SO) entry and update, including bulk orders when applicable.
  • Great computer skills and adeptness.
  • Capable of multitasking, prioritizing, and extremely organized.
  • Advanced level of English proficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Monitoring inventory and inbound freight to ensure smooth fulfillment of orders.
  • Help the team allocate all orders to the warehouses.
  • Provide SO status updates as requested by the concerned parties.
  • Update the sales team with any issues related to the orders.
  • Communicate effectively with multiple internal departments to follow up and provide updates.

Extras

  • Previous experience with the Simparel or BlueCherry ERP system is strongly preferred but not mandatory.
