The Profile

As a Junior Sales Development Representative, you will embody the Ventura Tec mantra: "Build great teams." Your primary responsibilities will include establishing and nurturing client relationships through phone and online interactions, as well as in-person visits and community building. Key attributes for success in this role include integrity, optimism, proactivity, and an unwavering commitment to meeting client needs. Responsibilities:

  • Research potential clients using tools like Apollo and LinkedIn
  • Follow up with prospect clients within our Customer Journey
  • Engage with clients through LinkedIn, email, and calls (cold and warm)
  • Maintain CRM updated and daily client approaches
  • Bring valuable insights to improve sales strategies
  • Network with prospects and clients through in-person events and lunches
  • Introduce qualified candidates to potential clients
  • Schedule briefing calls between new clients and our account growth team

Languages

  • English proficiency is required, and Spanish language skills would be a plus.
