We are looking for a Tech Lead to join their team. You will drive the development of high-quality AI products, oversee a team of engineers, and lead technical decisions. You will work with modern technologies to create solutions that tackle real-world problems and help shape the company’s product direction. Requirements
- 5+ years of experience, having led and implemented various projects across different technologies. Comfortable adapting to new challenges and problem-solving creatively.
- Previous experience building B2B software
- Strong knowledge of database modeling, types, and optimization
- Proficiency with Vue.js, Typescript, Tailwind
- Attention to detail, transforming Figma designs into responsive, pixel-perfect applications
- Experience with large-scale applications
- Proficient in Python, FastAPI, Node.js (using npm packages), Typescript
- Skilled in complex backend and API development, system and API design, security, and performance
- Proficiency with SQL, Postgres
- Strong understanding of data manipulation, ETL processes, and database design
- Advanced English
Nice to have
- Previous experience participating in or closely engaging with user interviews, with an understanding of user-centered design principles and a focus on identifying and addressing end-user challenges.
- Knowledge of Neo4j or graph database in general.
- AI/ML experience

- Ability to lead small teams (3-4 people), guiding technical direction while fostering collaboration. Responsible for code quality and architecture, ensuring best practices and team cohesion rather than working independently.

- Lead the engineering team in developing high-quality AI products and features
- Participate in user interviews and drive product-centered problem-solving
- Define product direction with the founding team, ensuring user-focused, impactful solutions

- Provide mentorship to team members, ensuring efficient collaboration and timely deliveries
