We are looking for a US Tax Consultant/Manager to join their team. You will be responsible for preparing and filing income tax returns, providing strategic tax planning advice, and ensuring compliance with U.S. tax regulations. Check it out!
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in preparing and filing U.S. income tax returns, especially for pass-through entities (e.g., partnerships, S corporations, LLCs).
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- CPA certification preferred.
- Proficiency in tax software (Lacerte preferred) and MS Office Suite.
- Strong understanding of U.S. income tax laws and regulations for pass-through entities.
- Client-focused with the ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines.
- Advanced English
Responsibilities
- Prepare and file federal and state income tax returns for individuals and pass-through entities (Forms 1040, 1065, 1120S, 990).
- Ensure compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations.
- Provide strategic tax planning advice to clients, identifying tax-saving opportunities.
- Maintain strong client relationships, offering tailored tax solutions.
- Conduct thorough research on complex tax issues related to pass-through entities.
- Assist clients during tax audits by preparing documentation and liaising with tax authorities.
- Maintain accurate and organized tax records.
- Collaborate with other tax professionals and accountants to deliver comprehensive services.
