We are looking for a Sr Scrum master to join their team. You’ll help flesh out requirements by decomposing Epics and stories, while partnering with product owners and engineers. You’ll oversee engineering performance and ensure product vision and requirements are translated effectively. Check it out!
Requirements
- 6-8 years experience as a Scrum Master
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- In-depth knowledge of Agile processes and principles
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced English
- Proven track record of managing multiple remote teams
- Proactive, humble, and a self-starter who asks the right questions
Responsibilities
- Responsible for assembling a weekly deliverable on current work status & risks.
- Assess and deploy best practices for managing development in a collaborative way
- Manage requirements definition, oversee estimations, and manage day-to-day tasks to ensure timelines, velocity, and quality delivery
- Ensure that the team always has an adequate amount of work to deliver and that expectations of timelines are aligned across all teams and with the executive team
- Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics, and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value and are aligned with product strategy
- Provide backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories
- Work closely with product managers to create and maintain a product backlog according to business value or ROI
