We are looking for a Project Manager to be responsible for running the day-to-day management of programs with high-level oversight from the Account Manager. As a team leader and strategist, the Project Manager must batch and synthesize the client’s needs clearly for the team, plan effectively to optimize studio time and energy, and present the company's recommendations, status, and next steps clearly and consistently to the client. Requirements

  • 5+ years managing cross-functional, creative projects with mid-sized teams
  • Highly organized, problem solver, and self-driven
  • Natural leadership and inspiring work ethic
  • Knowledgeable in various project management philosophies such as waterfall, JIT, AGILE, LEAN principles
  • Advanced English
  • Ability to formulate feedback in a constructive manner
  • Ability to manage design staff with patience and empathy
  • Ability to interface with clients in a highly professional manner
  • Ability to wear multiple hats, including working outside of this job description
  • A solid and well-developed sense of integrity
  • Excellent organizational skills

Responsibilities

  • Build out detailed project schedules including internal and client meetings, outlining weekly tasks each team member is responsible for, and update them weekly
  • Coordinate with the client and internal teams to schedule all necessary reviews, discussions, meetings, etc. well in advance
  • Oversee the various production stages, including any vendor relationships, managing to a predetermined production budget
  • Build and foster productive, efficient, and positive client relationships
  • Nurture a positive and result-oriented work environment
  • Lead with integrity and empathy
