Our client's primary goal is to serve people. They provide services to global brands across 160 countries and have over 12,000 employees. They are developing advanced workforce management applications that aim to empower managers, improve employee experiences, and support flexibility.

We are looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to join their team. You will drive the lifecycle of product development, ensure timely delivery with quality, and contribute to the successful implementation of SaaS-based products. Check it out!

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Organized and detail-oriented with multitasking capabilities.
  • Good understanding of Agile practices such as SAFe, Scrum, LPM, and DevOps.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid-office role, requiring three or more days per week in the office.

Extra

  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience with large-scale SaaS-based environments.
  • Proficiency in tools like Aha!, JIRA, Confluence, and PowerBI.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, LPM).

Responsibilities

  • Drive value stream management and participate in optimization efforts.
  • Define and execute project and program activities including scope, planning, scheduling, risk management, and reporting.
  • Apply technical acumen to guide project planning and execution.
  • Develop and maintain project metrics and documentation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on objectives and deliverables.
  • Analyze and resolve complex challenges during project execution.
  • Contribute to process improvements and retrospectives.
  • Manage cross-team dependencies to ensure quality and timeline alignment.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Opportunity

  • Contract until 9/30/2025.
  • Shift & Hours:  8-5 with 1 hour break (40 hours/week)
  • Hybrid from Montreal, QC - 3 days at the office (Mon, Tue & Wed)
