We are recruiting a Junior Legal Counsel to support the team across all Latin America. You will assist the General Counsel by providing strategic and procedural legal advice to the business, overseeing all legal, regulatory, contract and compliance matters for the LATAM region. Check it out!
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience with contracts and labor laws.
- In-depth understanding of rules surrounding labor leasing, temporary workers and employment law status across multiple jurisdictions - LATAM.
- A good understanding of contracts drafting, employment law and regional data protection rules.
- Advanced English
- You have to be a people-person. Focused on building relationships
Responsibilities
- You will support the creation of a LATAM wide compliance calendar.
- Assist with labour leasing license and corporate governance.
- Update, maintain and develop a full suite of multi-jurisdictional employment law know-how including the precedent system, checklists, termination processes and knowledge bank under the General Counsel LATAM supervision.
