Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; advanced degree or certification (CFA, CPA, etc.) preferred.
- 5+ years of FP&A experience, with a focus on Opex management and financial planning.
- Demonstrated ability to balance day-to-day financial management with long-term process transformation.
- Proficiency in financial and planning systems (Adaptive), advanced Excel skills (Power Query, VBA) and Visualisation tools (PowerBI, Tableau)
- Strong communication skills, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams and providing clear, data-driven recommendations to leadership.

Responsibilities
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for Opex across multiple departments, ensuring accuracy and alignment with financial goals.
- Build, maintain, and distribute key financial models, reports, and dashboards that track Opex performance, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Partner with department leaders and finance executives to provide timely analysis and support decision-making on Opex spending and cost optimization.
- Ensure the integrity and accuracy of Opex data, managing allocations, reporting, and regular updates for finance and business teams.
- Work closely with the accounting team to assist in the month-end close process, including allocations, variance analysis, and accruals.
- Assess current Opex management workflows, identify inefficiencies and propose enhancements that align with long-term business objectives.
- Partner with leadership to guide the establishment of an Opex CoE, helping to create standardized tools, processes, and reporting structures.
- Lead efforts to implement world-class financial processes, leveraging automation and self-service tools to streamline reporting and reduce manual work.
- Drive efforts to standardize Opex processes across the organization, ensuring consistency and compliance with corporate financial policies.
- Provide high-level insights and recommendations to senior leadership, contributing to strategic discussions on financial performance and process improvements.
