We are looking for a Backend Software Engineer (Mobility) to join their team. You will work on designing and building systems that support millions of people in cities around the world. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields
- 3+ years of backend software development experience
- Proficiency in Java, Kotlin, or Python
- Experience with distributed systems and microservices architecture
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles
- Hands-on experience with large-scale production systems and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP)
- Solid understanding of databases (SQL/NoSQL)
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work across different teams
- Advanced English
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain backend systems that power critical services
- Build and optimize microservices to ensure scalability, performance, and maintainability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, frontend developers, and data scientists
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues in production environments
- Write high-quality, maintainable, and testable code
- Implement best practices in code, testing, and deployment
