Today they are an international IT company with a high level of expertise in Web and mobile projects, delivering Silicon Valley-quality solutions to accelerate the digital transformation of their clients. They solve development, operations, cloud infrastructure, and security challenges so that their clients can focus on their core business.

We are recruiting an Account Manager to help define and develop a go-to-market strategy. You will lead the sales and business development initiatives to grow existing customers as well as acquire new logos. The Sales representative will work with other leaders on expanding market share. Requirements

  • +5 years of I.T. Services/Consulting industry experience
  • Experience in selling development/software engineering services
  • Exceptional enterprise sales leader experience with a strong track record of delivering results in both large company and growth company environments
  • Experience selling I.T. Services/Consulting to C-Suite
  • Solid understanding of industry trends, solutions, and business drivers
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills with strong relationship-building capabilities
  • Ability to communicate a company’s vision to the market.
  • Client-oriented mentality with meticulous attention to detail
  • Intermediate English

Responsibilities

  • Manage new accounts with the Account Executive team.
  • Responsible for a smooth handover of new accounts to the Account Executive team for delivery management and up sales
  • Track sales KPIs
  • Act as a senior resource to the Executive team to provide Sales progress reporting, accurate sales pipeline, sales forecast and knowledge of existing and new customers
  • Promote an entrepreneur, hunting sales environment focused on increasing market share and continued brand recognition
  • Partner closely with marketing, customer success, account management, and the project management organization to provide and gather insights on customer requirements and to develop messaging surrounding the enterprise market.
  • Produce customer success documents and marketing materials
  • Identify business needs, and develop customized solutions
  • Define customers’ account plan
