About the role
A retail group in Rio de Janeiro is hiring a Senior Full Stack Developer for its in-house technology team. You work on the systems that keep stores and distribution running, front end and back end.
This is not a greenfield product team: there is a working operation, real users inside the company, and code that has to keep serving them while it improves. The technology team is small, so you see a change from the ticket to production rather than passing it down a line. Seniority here means being trusted to decide how something gets built, not just how fast.
What we are looking for
- Senior experience across front end and back end, comfortable owning a feature end to end
- Someone who can work inside an existing codebase without needing to rewrite it first
- Willingness to be on site in Rio de Janeiro during the first three months
- Retail, logistics or operations experience is welcome, not required
