Project Manager, Technical Implementation

About the role

An international organization is hiring a Project Manager to lead technical implementation and service delivery work. You own delivery from kickoff to handover: scope, schedule, vendors and the internal teams that have to sign off.

The work sits between the technical side and the stakeholders who fund it, so most of the job is keeping both sides aligned in writing and unblocking what stalls. This is an environment with real governance. Decisions get documented, procurement has rules, and people from several countries sit in the same meeting. Project managers who need a fast, informal setting tend not to enjoy it. People who like structure do well.

What we are looking for

  • Proven delivery of technical implementation projects, ideally with external vendors involved
  • Comfort running schedules, risks and stakeholder reporting without a PMO behind you
  • Fluent written and spoken English, used daily with people in different time zones
  • Experience with international or multi-country organizations is an advantage, not a requirement

Why the company name is missing. Most of our searches are confidential, often because the position is not yet vacant. You get the name, the product and the full context in the first conversation, before you decide whether to go forward.
