Our client is a Global Organization delivering a fantastic project in Brazil. You will interact with a major Brazilian company in a challenging project that will be extended to Latin America.
We are recruiting professionals with the ability to audit RFID system installations against project requirements. Administrate ticketing applications and monitor and maintain the installed RFID networks through the client’s management system. In addition, will support the information technology helpdesk and solve problems.
There will be 2 trips to Europe during the contract and 25% of traveling time in Brazil. The position is based in São Paulo. Please check the details below and schedule a call with the Headhunter.
2+ years of experience in implementing RFID technologies (audit and maintenance)
2+ years of experience supporting IT Helpdesk services (technical support and training to End User)
Experience identifying problems and recommending smart solutions.
Preparation of activity performance reports.
Liaises with local logistics companies and customs to support the delivery of RFID
equipment shipped by the client to the destination
Communication, Collaboration, Multicultural environment, Time Management
Travel availability (25% of time + 2 trips to Europe in the next 12 months)
Degree in Telecommunications, Network, Computer Engineering or similar (or equivalent professional experience)
