DevOps (GCP/AWS) Engineer

Our client was born in one of the garages in San Francisco, USA 8 years ago. Today they are an international IT company with a high level of expertise in Web and mobile projects, delivering Silicon Valley-quality solutions to accelerate the digital transformation of their clients. They solve development, operations, cloud infrastructure, and security challenges so that their clients can focus on their core business.

We are looking for a DevOps GCP/AWS Engineer to join our team of experts, that can take charge of scaling our infrastructure, be responsible for testing, refining and backup recovery policies, and building a more distributed architecture.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience with DevOps or related roles
  • Experience with a cloud provider AWS ( EB, EC2, RDS, Elasticache)
  • Strong experience with Google Cloud
  • Strong familiarity with Linux Administration (System/Network/Security)
  • Knowledge of deploying and running applications in VMs, Docker containers, Kubernetes
  • Experience with GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins
  • Previous experience supporting prod environment
  • Strong knowledge of network concepts
  • Knowledge of monitoring tools
  • Support full cycle of the development process

Extra:

  • Experience with RoR and React.js
