We are recruiting a Bookkeeper to report directly to their CEO. You will be responsible for managing the company’s finances, from getting their employees their paycheck to keeping the reports in line for taxes. As this is a part-time position, you will have a very flexible schedule. Check it out!


  • 5+ years of experience with Payroll
  • Deep experience using Quickbooks
  • Experience managing PTO, benefits and accountancy
  • Great experience with managing your own workflow
  • Be a detail oriented person with confidence
  • Advanced English


  • It would be nice if you already had experience working internationally 


  • Verify timesheet policy compliance, prepare bi-weekly payroll, prepare unscheduled payroll checks & reimbursements as needed, manage PTO banks and benefit deductions.
  • Manage department expense approvals, bill payment system, audit benefit bills for accuracy
  • Reconcile credit card payments, prepare and audit bank deposits, audit administrative staff receipt processing, , perform light collections activities
  • Audit all monthly recurring accounts and verify accuracy of rents
  • In the future, it is expected that you take over all bookkeeping and administrative functions from the CEO so he can focus on more CEO’ish things
