From our office in Miami, we assist clients with our Headhunting service nationally in the USA. We will source talents, present your opportunities, and submit a shortlist of finalists to you. Our objective is to present a list of 3-6 CVs within 5-10 days. We will be able to assist you with the recruitment of English-, Spanish-, and Portuguese-speaking professionals. You can count on our Headhunting partners, our robot (Teca), and our transparent software (where you will have full access to the status of the search). Besides, features like video interviews and individual assessments increase the assertiveness. We will deliver the best candidate experience while acting as your brand ambassador.
We are headhunters. We have been working in Brazil and Latin America for six years and already have an excellent relationship with clients and candidates in the market. We specialize in tech (IT and telecom) and corporate leadership positions. We will not only publish your job but will also map talent in your niche and present your professional challenge to them. We will interviews candidates to confirm the technical and cultural fit, suitability for location, remuneration, and availability to start a new opportunity. You will receive a list of finalists, and we will follow up on interviews, salary negotiation, and beginning of the professional in the employment contract with your organization.
We have been assisting multinationals, IT consultancies, startups, and prominent local companies in Brazil and Latin America to find tech professionals. We have a vast network of talented professionals in the region looking for remote positions. We emerge as a different offshore location, separate from other traditional low-cost options. Characteristics of flexibility, creativity, and client empathy make local resources attractive. Immigration resulted in cultural diversity. The culture in general, and the business practices in particular, are influenced by the US and western European practices. Time-zone differences make it easier to collaborate with remote teams in Latin America.
Customers consider the “Subscription” model to be fairer because we share the risk of hiring with the customer. This model is also more cash flow friendly. In this innovative model, you will pay our commission in 20 monthly installments. If the professional eventually leaves the contract before this time, the payment of our subscription is interrupted.
Our process begins with a detailed customer briefing, where we clarify objectives, technical aspects, and expected values for the position. We will create an attractive Job Description, and you might want to add videos to the description as well.
We are specialists in sourcing difficult positions. We invest in technologies, software, and processes that allow us to increase the speed of mapping. Our customers can follow each step of the process in real-time. Every position will be worked with Headhunting by our team.
We will represent your brand with a high level of service when talking with professionals. In addition to the CV, you will receive a Summary of the Profile of each finalist, containing information on experience, location, and availability to start.
Innovations such as video presentations, professionals’ value diagnostics, and Teca (our recruiting robot) can be added as needed by the client.
Hiring a new professional and accepting a unique opportunity are important decisions for clients and candidates. We understand that our role is to mediate information as transparently as possible so that the parties have as much information as possible and make a conscious and safe decision.
